About me

A lot of who I am comes from my incredible mother, Laura. 
She gave me my strength, my wisdom, and my heart. She’s my biggest supporter and, without a doubt, my best friend.

This year, I went through the hardest season of my life. But because of God, my mom, and all of my amazing friends, I’m growing in ways I never knew were possible.

But, like I said, she’s the one who taught me strength. And I carry that with me every single day.

 born in North Georgia.
My parents were farmers, and that meant chasing opportunity, which also meant moving. A lot.
We bounced around from place to place, trying to make it work.
I spent a big chunk of my childhood in Nebraska (Go Cornhuskers!), we spent a little time in Colorado before returning to Georgia for a while. Then I moved with a boy to Cape Cod Massachusetts, followed by Sitka, Alaska. After all those adventures and changes, I eventually found my way back home to Georgia.

Even though I wasn't all raised there, Georgia is my home. 

It’s where I first experienced love and true heartbreak, where I found my faith, where I made my closest friends and FOUND WHO GOD INTENDED ME TO BE.

Change has always been part of my story, and I think that’s why I value the little moments so much, the ones that feel like home, even if everything else is shifting.
